RSD5 – Systemic Design for Social Complexity
Chair & Editor: Peter Jones, OCADU
The RSD5 symposium took place October 14-15, 2016 and was held at OCAD University and MaRS in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Systemic Design Research Network (SDRN) maintained the planning team of the RSD symposia, which was established organized as a collaborative research group shared between AHO and OCAD University and independent researchers. SDRN’s collaborative research group, hosted at OCADU’s Strategic Innovation Lab, provided major support for the group and proceedings.
Proceedings are the result of a dialogue and discursive process within the community of practice. While it follows peer review within an extended reviewer panel, it differs from the traditional scientific publication process.
This process has been used consistently in RSD and for an annual special issue of the design research journal FORMakademisk. RSD has contributed to several other peer-reviewed journals and publications.
RSD5 Symposium Proceedings
RSD symposium proceedings are listed in the following order: introduction, keynote speakers, workshops, papers, systems maps.
