change by design
OCTOBER 23
Change by Design brought together practitioners to share real-life cases and participate in inspiring conversations. The day ended with a food stall dinner, drinks and music.
Three main topics:
Swimming amid complexity: how we understand and sense into systems, and how we create meaning out of our understanding.
Future branches and tributaries: the importance of opening up our eyes for the multiple possibilities of the future as part of the design process.
Collaboration and adaptive meandering: the multiple ways in which we cocreate, orchestrate work and share knowledge in complex systems.
Change by Design was organised by Halogen.
