Are you ready to dive into an immersive 90-minute journey of self-discovery and partnership? In this workshop, we delve into the dynamic interplay of Regenerative Leadership, Students as Partners (SaP) and co-design within education, engaging in a collective journey from separation to connection.
Throughout the workshop, we emphasise the transformative shift from ‘I’ to ‘we’ and discover how Regenerative Leadership and SaP encourage collaboration and a systemic view of education, where every participant, including lecturers, students, and researchers, plays an indispensable role in shaping innovative and inclusive solutions. We invite participants to join us as we engage in reflections, activities and discussions that help us to grasp these concepts and understand how they can be applied in our personal and professional lives.
We begin by exploring our perceptions and experiences surrounding leadership and partnership in education, followed by a thought-provoking exercise which reveals the complex dynamics at play. Our journey continues as we unleash our collective creativity, embarking on a visionary activity that empowers us to co-illustrate our ideal educational landscape. As we wrap up our journey, we engage in a reflective discussion surrounding our own embodiment of Regenerative Leadership and SaP throughout this shared experience. Together, we contemplate the path forward and question: how can we make our educational aspirations a reality?
