Thomas Weltner
a river delta of conversations in organizational development
Over almost three years and (still ongoing) a landscape of experimental models was created as part of organizational development work with a church diocese in Germany. Over 20 teams and around 100 alternating participants worked in a visually facilitated, dialogical coaching context. The decisive factor in this process was (and is) not the visual result but the dialogical, collaborative, and even co-creative development. In the meantime, the visualizations have become a symbol of the conversations about the organization of tomorrow.
O-Tones from the participants
“We now understand what we are talking about, because we can now locate ourselves in the landscape of the future that we are shaping,” was the tenor of the participants.
Mind you: “A future that WE are shaping”! What an outcome in terms of participation!

PRESENTER
Thomas Weltner. I am a designer and coach. As an explorer on an expedition through the world of work, I travel every day with the question in my luggage: How can I look beyond the boundaries of my own work and understand how we, how people really want to work? How can and must we shape free and self-determined human work in the future?
