Challenges workshop

In a world marked by complex and interwoven global challenges, the need for inter/trans-disciplinary collaboration has never been greater. Part I, the Hopeful Synergies workshop, launches a transformative journey of unconventional collaboration, creativity, and systems thinking. Participants work with one of the pre-identified global challenge themes that align with funding opportunities and focus their proposal draft on that challenge to leverage their expertise and interdisciplinary insights.

The session includes time to walk and reflect before reconvening for Part II. The work and discussion of the early morning workshop provide the inspiration for a conversation on the future of these initial collaborations and how (institutional) structures and mindsets act as enablers or facilitators.
